Important information regarding your order.

A claim for return or replacement only exists in the case of significant manufacturing defects or irreparable damage. In such cases, a refund will only be issued if no repair or replacement delivery is possible.

Please note that returns are only possible in the original, intact packaging and must be hygienically flawless. Once the seal of the packaging has been opened, a return or refund is excluded for hygienic reasons.
Withdrawal & Cancellation – what you should know:

For immediately available dolls (EU/USA stock):
For stocked dolls that have not been individually configured, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. A return is possible provided the packaging is unopened and the product is unused. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer in this case.

For personalized dolls:
If a doll is manufactured individually according to your specifications (e.g., skin color, eye color, hairstyle), it is a personalized product. Such orders are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB.

What is possible:

A cancellation of your order is possible within a certain period of time – however, with staggered cancellation fees, as preparation or production starts immediately after receipt of payment:

  • Within 8 hours after payment: Cancellation with a 15% cancellation fee
  • 8 to 24 hours after payment: Cancellation with a 30% cancellation fee
  • After 24 hours: Production has started – cancellation only with 50% retention
  • After start of production or shortly before shipping: No cancellation possible. Only unused shipping or customs costs may be partially refunded if applicable.
🚫 Exclusions

No return in case of:

  • Used, washed, or altered products.
  • Custom-made products and user damage.
  • Slight irregularities due to handcrafting (e.g., pressure marks, makeup deviations, missing eyelashes).
Change Requests:

Please note: Changes to your Cyberdoll order are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins – adjustments are then no longer possible.

These are individually manufactured models according to your wishes. For Cyberdolls from EU or US stock (ready for immediate delivery), no changes to the appearance are generally possible, as they are already finished.

Tip: Please check your order carefully before submitting.

Refunds & Default of Acceptance – briefly explained:

Should you be entitled to a refund, we will transfer the amount automatically within 7 business days to the original payment method. If this is not possible for technical reasons, you must provide us with a valid bank connection via email within 5 business days.

Important: If we do not receive a response from you within this period, default of acceptance occurs. This means: The refund amount will be retained in this case – a later payout is no longer possible.
