Support the body
Support the torso and legs at the same time when lifting or repositioning.
Clear guidance for safe handling, gentle cleaning, material-friendly storage and responsible disposal. Product-specific instructions supplied by the manufacturer always take priority.
CYBERDOLL CARE GUIDE
Before you begin
Good care begins before cleaning. Every controlled movement protects the skeleton, joints, surface and pressure-sensitive details.
Support the torso and legs at the same time when lifting or repositioning.
Guide limbs close to the joint while stabilising the body with the other hand.
Use soft, light-coloured padding beneath knees, elbows and other contact points.
Do not leave moisture in folds, connectors, removable inserts or internal channels.
TPE, silicone and electronic models may require different products and procedures.
Handling
Unpack and remove safely
Sensitive areas when moving
Support the head, move slowly and never use hair as a handle.
Stabilise the torso and never force the shoulder beyond natural resistance.
Shape finger wires or joints gradually and avoid sharp bends or pressure on fingertips and nails.
Do not twist the torso and legs in opposite directions under tension.
Use standing features only on stable, level surfaces and only when approved for the model.
Cleaning
Clean gently with lukewarm water, soft lint-free cloths and a mild product that is confirmed to be suitable for the material. Test unfamiliar care products on an inconspicuous area first.
Disconnect removable electronics and protect connectors from moisture.
Do not scrub, stretch or apply concentrated pressure to the surface.
Remove cleanser residue with clean water without flooding electronic areas.
Use a clean towel and pat instead of rubbing the material.
Apply powder or aftercare only when approved by the manufacturer.

Storage
Return arms, legs and torso to a relaxed position after posing.
Use clean, non-transfer padding under pressure and contact points.
Avoid direct sun, heaters, frost and humid storage areas.
Wash dark textiles first and do not leave them on the material for long periods.

Responsible disposal
Disposal rules differ by country and municipality. Before disposal, check the requirements of your local waste authority or recycling centre and follow the manufacturer’s information for the exact model.
Switch off all functions, disconnect external power and remove detachable accessories before disposal.
Remove accessible batteries, electronic modules and accessories according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Fixed or unclear components should be separated by a suitable recycling or service facility.
Electrical components and batteries must never go into household waste. Take them to an authorised collection or return point.
Ask locally how metal, textiles, TPE, silicone and bulky components are accepted in your area.
Unlink apps and erase personal data from smart or AI modules before handing them over.
The metal skeleton and other metal parts should be taken to the appropriate metal or recycling collection according to local requirements.
Control units, heating systems, motors, speakers, cables, smart modules, batteries and rechargeable batteries belong in the appropriate e-waste or battery collection stream. Clearly mark damaged batteries as damaged and hand them over at the designated collection point.
Local facilities decide how TPE, silicone, textiles, packaging and other accessory or bulky components are classified and accepted.
