Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

Last updated: 18 June 2026

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the goods were taken into possession by the customer or an authorised third party who is not acting as the carrier.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unequivocal statement must be sent to the following address:

Cyberdoll, Genevieve Gross, Grosswaldstrasse. 4F, 66126 Saarbruecken, Telephone: +49(0)178 32 047 68, E-Mail: info@cyberdoll.de

You can reach us by telephone only by prior appointment.

The statement must be sent by post or email. Alternatively, the model withdrawal form provided on the website may be used, although its use is not mandatory.

The form or another unequivocal statement may also be submitted electronically via the website www.cyberdoll.de. Alternatively, customers may submit their withdrawal using the return and cancellation function provided in their customer account on our website. In this case, receipt will be confirmed promptly, for example by email.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

§ 1 Effects of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered), will be refunded no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal statement.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or proof of dispatch has been provided, whichever occurs first.

The goods must be returned or handed over within fourteen days after notification of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched within those fourteen days. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for any loss in value is required only if that loss results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The goods must be returned or handed over without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which notification of the withdrawal was given.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The customer is liable for any loss in value of the goods only if this results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

§ 2 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision by the customer, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies in particular to love dolls / sex dolls for which features such as material, body shape or equipment have been individually selected (Section 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code).

- Contracts for the supply of goods that may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (Section 312g (2) no. 2 of the German Civil Code).

- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code).

- Contracts for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature (Section 312g (2) no. 4 of the German Civil Code).

- Contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the supplier has no control and which may occur during the withdrawal period (Section 312g (2) no. 8 of the German Civil Code).
