Why are production and shipping time shown separately?
Many models are produced individually after payment. The production period ends before transport begins. The total time until arrival can therefore consist of production plus the selected shipping route. Ready-to-ship warehouse products do not require this production period.
What should I do if the package arrives visibly damaged?
Document visible transport damage with photos before or while opening the package and contact us as soon as possible. Keep the outer packaging and shipping label until the case has been clarified.
What about customs, VAT and import fees?
Customs handling and possible import charges depend on destination, shipping route and product. For shipments outside the relevant customs area, local VAT, customs duties or carrier fees may apply. If you are unsure, contact Cyberdoll before ordering and we will check the intended route with you.
When do I receive tracking information?
Once the shipment has been handed over and a tracking number is available, you receive the tracking information for your order. Depending on the route, the first carrier scan can take some time to appear.
How discreet is the packaging?
Your order is shipped in neutral outer packaging. The outside does not contain product photos or wording that reveals the contents. Where possible, a neutral sender designation is used as well.
Do you deliver to every country?
We ship internationally wherever the product may legally be imported and a suitable shipping route is available. Some countries have restrictions on adult products or specific doll types. Please check local rules before ordering. If in doubt, contact us and we will check the destination with you.
