Book a hotel room of your choice yourself, and we'll deliver your cyberdoll directly there.
Delivery and collection are free within Saarbrücken.
Outside of Saarbrücken, we charge a one-time flat fee of currently €38.00.
Important:
Please note our delivery areas outside of Saarbrücken. You can find these during the ordering process or under "Rent" > "Delivery & Collection".
Please ensure that we have access to the hotel room, for example through a key card left at reception or a personal handover.
This is the only way we can deliver your Cyberdoll on time and pick it up discreetly.
Please read our return policy beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly and without additional costs for you.

Slight signs of wear are perfectly normal when using our rental dolls.
You focus on the experience – we take care of everything else. We document everything in advance – so you can relax and enjoy yourself.
Should any major damage occur, please document it with a photo and a brief description. We will take care of the further procedure and get back to you as soon as possible.

Use water-based lubricant only and latex-free condoms to protect the material.
For a safe experience: use water-based products exclusively.
Gentle Handling:

Clothing:
Use only colorfast clothing. Wash dark fabrics beforehand to prevent discoloration.
Stylish but safe! Choose tested, non-dyeing outfits.
Drying:
After cleaning, dry with a soft towel and allow to air-dry completely.
Do not use a hairdryer or space heater. Air drying is gentler on the material.
Hassle-free returns
Please note before returning the item:
To ensure everything goes smoothly, please return your Cyberdoll clean and complete. Use a damp cloth to remove any residue such as lubricant and bodily fluids.
Then check:
Make sure all items, such as the comb, clothing, and other extras, are completely packed in the transport bag. This is the only way to avoid additional costs.
Save on additional costs:
To avoid additional fees, please return everything complete and undamaged. Missing accessories or damage may incur additional costs – all details can be found in our terms and conditions.
