Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal:
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the goods were taken into possession by the customer or by an authorized third party who is not acting as a carrier.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration must be sent to the following address:

The declaration must be made by post or email. Alternatively, the sample cancellation form provided on the website can be used, but its use is not mandatory.
The form or another clear declaration can also be submitted electronically via the website www.cyberdoll.de. In this case, confirmation of receipt will be sent promptly, e.g., by email.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
§ 1 Consequences of the revocation
In the event of a valid cancellation, all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred due to a delivery other than the standard delivery offered), will be refunded no later than fourteen days after receipt of the cancellation notice.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund. Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or proof of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
The goods must be returned or handed over within fourteen days of notification of cancellation. The deadline is considered met if the goods are dispatched within these fourteen days. The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
Any loss in value is only to be compensated if it is due to handling that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
The goods must be returned or handed over immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of cancellation was made.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
Compensation is only required for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their nature, characteristics and functioning.
§ 2 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive, or which have been clearly tailored to personal needs. This applies in particular to love dolls/sex dolls where characteristics such as material, body shape or features have been individually chosen (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
- Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 2 of the German Civil Code).
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).
- Contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, these goods have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature (§ 312g para. 2 no. 4 BGB).
- Contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the supplier has no influence on and which may occur within the withdrawal period (§ 312g para. 2 no. 8 BGB).
