Cancellation & Refund

General:
A right to return or replacement exists only in cases of significant manufacturing defects or irreparable damage. In such cases, a refund will only be issued if repair or replacement is no longer possible.

Please note that returns are only possible in the original, undamaged packaging and in a hygienically sound condition. Once the packaging seal has been broken, a return or refund is not possible for hygienic reasons.

Cancellation & Refunds – Here’s what you should know:

For dolls that are immediately available (EU/USA warehouse):
For stock love dolls/sex dolls that have not been individually configured, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. Returns are possible provided the packaging is unopened and the product is unused. In this case, the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

For personalized dolls:
If a doll is individually manufactured according to your specifications (e.g., skin color, eye color, hairstyle), it is considered a personalized product. Such orders are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

But what is possible:
You can cancel your order within a certain period – however, cancellation fees will apply, as preparation and production begin immediately after payment is received:

- Within 8 hours of payment:
Cancellation with a 15% cancellation fee

- After 8 to 24 hours:
Cancellation with a 30% cancellation fee

- After 24 hours:
Production has started – cancellations only with a 50% fee.

- After production has started or shortly before shipping:
Cancellations are no longer possible. Only unused shipping or customs fees can be refunded.
A partial refund may be issued.

Transport damage:
All products are carefully inspected before shipping and confirmed with factory photos.

Important:

Please document any visible damage to the shipping carton immediately upon receipt with photos or video and send us the proof by email within 24 hours.

Return policy:
Replaceable only in case of serious manufacturing defects.
- Stock items EU / USA: Only unopened & unused items are returnable.
- Return shipping at your own expense.
Returns only accepted in original condition including packaging and accessories.

🚫 Exclusions
No returns for:
- Used, washed or altered products.
- Custom-made products.
- User damage.
- Minor irregularities due to handcrafting (e.g., pressure marks, make-up)
Deviations, missing eyelashes)

Change request:
Please note: Changes to your Cyberdoll order are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins – adjustments are no longer possible.

These are not stock items available for immediate delivery, but rather custom-made models tailored to your specifications. Cyberdolls from the EU or US warehouse (available for immediate delivery) generally cannot be modified in appearance, as they are already manufactured and cannot be customized.

Tip: Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

Refunds & default of acceptance – explained briefly:

If you are entitled to a refund (e.g., after a cancelled order, less any applicable fees), we will automatically transfer the amount to the original payment method within 7 business days. If this is not possible for technical reasons (e.g., expired cards or deactivated accounts), you must provide us with valid bank details via email within 5 business days.

Important:
If we do not receive a response from you within this period, the so-called default of acceptance will occur.
This means that the refund amount will be retained in this case – a later payout is no longer possible.

We therefore recommend: Please check your payment method and, if necessary, provide us with your bank details in good time – this way your money will reach you safely!
